U radu se razmatra posebna zaštita zaposlenog uzbunjivača u evropskom
i uporednom pravu i praksi. Ukazuje se na neodgovarajuća rešenja u domaćem
pravu i daju predlozi de lege ferenda sa ciljem da se afirmiše koncept zaposlenog-
građanina.
The paper deals with protected disclosure of an employee whistleblower in
European and comparative labour law and practice. Case law of employment
tribunals in the UK and conseil des pud’hommes in France is analysed, as well
as case law of European Court of Human Rights and Court of Justice of the EU.
The author gives some remarks on domestic law de lege ferenda.
