У раду се указује на постојећа решења заштите права на здраву
животну средину у Уставу Србије и упоредном праву. Полазећи од ра-
тификованих међународних уговора и општеприхваћених стандарда
еколошког права, у раду се дају смернице за измене Устава. Нарочита
пажња је посвећена анализи заштите права на воду и моделу устав-
ноправне заштите права на приступ води за пиће.
The paper analyses current issues regarding constitutional protection of
the right to a healthy environment in national and comparative context. The
author analyses standards of environmental protection in international and
comparative environmental law and provides the changes in the Constitution
of the Republic of Serbia in concluding observations. Special attention was paid
to the analysis of the comparative constitutional protection of the right to water
and right to clean drinking water and sanitation and necessary constitutional
changes.
