Поред тога што је Први српски устанак најпре био усмерен на војно
ослобођење од Турског ропства, такође је било битно успоставити унутра-
шње устројство државе а које до тада практично није ни постојало. Ус-
постављање нове државе и њених главних функција не може се замислити
без судске власти. Добар део државотворне енергије усмерен је на стварање
правосудног система. Oрганизовање судства у првој устаничкој години,
представљао је темељ државној организацији у ослобођеној Србији, када је
започет озбиљан рад на изграђивању судске власти.
At the beginning of the 19th century, Serbian people started to fight for freedom
of Ottoman empire, and built a new institutions which established and order
and rules in a Serbian state. One of the first institution of the liberate Serbia
is Court in Valjevo. Mateja Nenadović, Karađorđe Petrović and Miloš Obrenović,
made a first foundation of modern state Serbia, which means a great legacy for the
new generation of the Serbian law, rules and leadership.
