Zajedničke politike Evropske unije

Abstract

U eri globalizacije zajedničke politike su važne jer pojedinačne države atomiziranim delovanjem ne mogu ostvariti toliki uticaj na geopolitičkom planu, kao i ekonomski uticaj na svetskom tržištu. U tom smislu zajedničke politike Evropske unije imaju značajnu ulogu s obzirom da se njima deifinišu pravila igre ove saradnje i osigurava efikasno funkcionisanje sistema gde veliki broj država članica u ključnim problemima istupa kao jedan entitet. Predmet ovog rada je geneza i trenutno stanje najznačajnijih zajedničkih politika Evropske unije. Zajedničke politike Evropske unije analizirane su primenom sistematskog pregleda literature, metoda analize sadržaja, metoda konceptualne analize prava, metoda sinteze, istorijskog metoda i metoda indukcije. Na osnovu ovih rezultata izvedeni su relevantni zaključci i predstavljene dalje mogućnosti za unapređenje zajedničkih politika Evropske unije.

In the time of increasing globalisation, the common policies are important as the individual countries usually cannot make a geopolitical and economic impact by their independent actions. Therefore, the common policies of the European Union have a significant role as they define the rules of the game of the cooperation and ensure the system efficiency where many countries act as a single entity with respect to the key problems. The main problem researched in this paper is the genesis and current state of the most significant common European Union policies. Common European Union policies were analysed using the methods of systematic literature review, content analysis, conceptual law analysis, synthesis, historical method, and induction. The relevant conclusions were drawn based on these results, and possibilities of further improvement of the common European Union policies were presented.
