dc.description.abstractThe Anglo-Saxon countries have the most detailed and modern regulations regarding individual bankruptcy (bankruptcy over the assets of physical persons). The author depicts the historical development of this type of bankruptcy in the Anglo-Saxon countries, with special emphasis on the genesis of the most essential institutes, with overview of the most recent tendencies in these countries.en
