Odbrana doktorata pesnika Laze Kostića u Pešti 1866. godine: dissertatio“ ili „theses“?

Abstract

У овом раду се по први пут у нашој научној литератури поставља питање карактера одбрањеног доктората песника Лазе Костића на Краљевском универзитету у Пешти 1866. године. Аутор отвара дилему да ли је текст од шест страница Theses e scientiis iuridicis et politicis заиста докторат Лазе Костића или је уз тај сачувани штампани текст ишао и рад већег обима, који се уобичајено називао Dissertatio, уз који су заједно ишле Theses. Из два дела су били докторати и других аутора који су то академско звање стекли на истом факултету, попут Јована Хаџића (1826) и Саве Текелијe (1786). Одговор на ову дилему могу пружити само даља истраживања у одговарајућим мађарским и домаћим архивама.

In this paper the question about the character of the defended doctorаtе of poet Laza Kostic at the Royal University in Pest in 1866 has been raised for the first time in our scientific literature. The author has opened the dilemma whether the text of the six pages „Theses e scientiis iuridicis et politicis“ actually was the doctorate of Laza Kostic or this printed text was followed by a larger part, usually called Dissertatio, which went along with the Theses. Doctorates of other authors, who obtained this academic title at the same faculty in Pest, such as Jovan Hadžić (1826) and Sava Tekelija (1786), also contained these two parts. The answer to this dilemma can be given only by further research in the relevant Hungarian and domestic archives.
