Uloga i značaj Koordinacionog tela za efikasnu zaštitu prava intelektualne svojine u Republici Srbiji

Abstract

У државама чланицама ЕУ углавном постоје посебна тела која координишу рад већег броја органа за заштиту и спровођење права интелектуалне својине. Координациона тела углавном прикупљају статистичке податке и прате трендове у вези са повредама пра- ва интелектуалне својине, на основу чега доносе оцене о целисход- ности појединих мера, дају смернице за рад надлежним органима, предлажу доношење прописа и слично. У раду се разматрају улога и постигнути резултати Координационог тела за ефикасну заштиту права интелектуалне својине у Републици Србији, као и усклађеност рада тог тела са најбољом праксом и прописима у државама члани- цама Европске уније.

Almost all EU member states have unique bodies coordinating the work of numerous national organizations and agencies in charged of protection and enforcement of intellectual property rights. These coordinating bodies primarily collect statistical data and monitor trends related to intellectual property rights infringements, based on which they are making assessments of the particular regulation, providing guidelines for the competent authorities, proposing regulation, etc. The paper discusses the purpose and functioning of the coordination body for the efficient protection of intellectual property rights in the Republic of Serbia, as well as harmonization of the current Serbian regulation with the regulation and best practices within the EU.
