Elementi za jednu ostvarivu reviziju Ustava Srbije mogli bi da obuhvate: 1) preambulu; 2) načelo prema kome je pravni poredak jedinstven; 3) ljudske slobode i prava; 4) Narodnu banku; 5) položaj narodnih poslanika; 6) izbor, položaj i prestanak mandata predsednika Republike; 7) tip parlamentarizma; 8) državnu upravu; 9) nezavisnost sudstva; 10) položaj javnog tužilaštva; 11) Ustavni sud; 12) AP Vojvodinu; 13) Kosovo i Metohiju; 14) proceduru promene Ustava. Danas izgleda pragmatičnija i izglednija parcijalna promena Ustava, kroz odgovarajuće ustavne amandmane, nego celovita ustavna reforma. Ovo potonja bi usledila, dozrela tek prilikom očekivanog ulaska Srbije u Evropsku Uniju, kroz nekoliko godina. Generalne osobine tog popravljenog Ustava Srbije mogle bi da budu: 1) savremen; 2) potpun; 3) usklađen, 4) ostvariv; 5) građansko-nacionalni; 6) napredan; 7) racionalan; 8) relativno čvrst i stabilan.sr
Elements of a viable revision of the Constitution of Serbia might include: 1 ) the preambule; 2) the principle according to which the legal system is unique; 3) human rights and freedoms; 4) The National Bank; 5) the status of deputies; 6) the election, the status and termination of the function of the President of the Republic; 7) type of parlamentarism; 8) the public administration; 9) the independence of the judiciary; 10) the position of public prosecutions; 11) the Constitutional Court; 12) AP Vojvodina; 13) Kosovo and Metohija; 14) the procedure for amending the Constitution. Today seems to be more pragmatic and more promising partial amendement of the Constitution through relevant constitutional amendements than comprehensive constitutional reform. The latter will follow in the moment of expected entry of Serbia into the European Union. General characteristics of the repaired Constitution of Serbia could be: 1) modern; 2) complete; 3) compliant; 4) achievable; 5) civil-national; 6) advanced; 7) rational; 8) relatively strong and stable.en
