Proizvođačke organizacije u poljoprivredi Evropske unije

Abstract

U radu se objašnjavaju proizvođačke organizacije, kao element Zajedničke organizacije tržišta poljoprivrednih proizvoda Evropske unije. Pored objašnjenja Zajedničke organizacije tržišta poljoprivrednih proizvoda, daje se kratka istorija poljoprivredne politike EU, kao i što se razmatra pojam proizvođačkih organizacija, njihova registracija, vrste, ciljevi i značaj na tržištu EU. Posebno se objašnjava njihov značaj za zaštitu poljoprivrednih proizvođača u procesu ugovaranja prodaje njihovih proizvoda trgovcima ili prerađivačima. Cilj rada je da se ukaže na jedan od načina na koji se u EU štite poljoprivredni proizvođači, kao i na izuzetno slabu zaštitu poljoprivrednika u Srbiji.

In this paper there is an explanation of producer organizations, as an element of the Common organization of the markets in agricultural products in the European Union. Beside the explanation of the Common agricultural market organization, it provide a brief history of the EU agricultural policy, the notion of producer organizations, their registration, types, aims and significance in the EU market. It is especially explained their role in protecting the agricultural producers within the contracting process for selling the agricultural products to the merchants and processors. The aim of the paper is to point to one of the methods, by which the interest of agricultural producers are protected in the EU, as well as to the very weak protection of agricultural producers in Serbia.
