Апстракт
In this tart is offerred the cathegorial clarification of "civil society" and "political culture", as well as of their essential interconnection in the framework of constitutional democracy. In the context of analysis of civil society, democratic political culture and the bipolar paradigm "civil society-legal state", special attention is paid to the building of republican elements into liberal tradition and model of a developed democratic order.
